For the measurement procedure, a wet block is taken from the production board and placed on a turntable. From the article data base an article number will be chosen, the board position selected and the measurment started. Individual limits can be added to the given value from the article on which the analysis is based.
The concrete block turns 360°, while a laser sensor scans the circumference and a further laser sensor measures the height of the concrete block. An integrated scale determines the weight to exact grams.
Based on this data the volume and the gross density are calculated immediately. After 20 sec., the result is shown in a clear table on the colour screen and logged in a measurement report. A single data record or the whole report can be printed. Thus the quality is documented and the data can be evaluated statistically over a longer period.

The optional article data base (ASCII format) contains given values and - if desired - article related limit values. The data base is administrated external and via USB stick or remote access assigned into the system.
The report is related to the user, shift and day. Each measurement will be recorded with a clear index number. Measurement reports can be exported via remote or USB stick.
